We offer 12 rooms for our guests, divided among the Barn, the Theater, and the Main Farmhouse. Each room is designed to provide all comforts while respecting the authentic character of the materials, in perfect harmony with the environment. Features include a mattress with a handcrafted goose down topper, private bathroom with window and shower, courtesy products and hairdryer, heating, A/C with digital thermostat, Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets on all windows. Dogs are welcome with the only restriction being certain areas and consideration for other guests.

The Barn has 4 double rooms, each accommodating up to 4 people, with wrought iron double beds and very comfortable double sofa beds with high-standard mattresses:
• GIUGGIOLA (H) and GIAGGIOLO (H): located on the ground floor, these two rooms are also suitable for differently-abled individuals, with independent access and no architectural barriers. Both have garden views and are very bright. GIUGGIOLA also has a private courtyard with a table, chairs, and an umbrella.
• GIRASOLE and GIGLIO: located on the 1st floor, these two rooms can be connected via a hallway/landing, making them ideal for large families or friends. They are very bright with double exposure. In the GIRASOLE room, you will find a small kitchenette, to be used exclusively for preparing meals for very young children.

The Theater has 2 one-bedroom apartments, each accommodating up to 3 guests, both with independent access, featuring a charming canopy double bed and a separate single bed:
• LAVANDA: adjacent to the theater entrance.
• ZAFFERANO: raised ground floor with entrance from the courtyard.

The Main Farmhouse has 6 additional rooms on the first floor, potentially all interconnected for small groups. Each room is full of charm, offering views of the lush greenery:
3 double rooms for 2 people:
• PEPOLINO: with a delightful walk-in closet.
• RAMERINO: featuring a romantic loft with a futon, where light filters through the skylight to admire the stars.
• ROSA: an essential yet intimate room.

2 one-bedroom apartments for 3 people:
• LECCINO: two rooms, the first with a raised single bed that all children will want to sleep in.
• PAPAVERO: a living area with a one-and-a-half-sized sofa bed. In the room, you will find a small kitchenette, to be used exclusively for preparing meals for very young children. Separate double bedroom.

And finally, our wonderful double suite in the village tower:
• PIMPINELLA: a romantic suite with a living area. In the room, you will find a small kitchenette, to be used exclusively for preparing meals for very young children. Climbing the stairs, you’ll find a charming loft with a futon and the master bedroom, featuring an arched opening overlooking the surrounding countryside. The jewel of the entire property!
